Steve Scott
Creative Director, Founder

As Another Colour’s Founder and Creative Director, Steve drives the collective talents of the studio. His love of visual storytelling combines with rigorous research to produce compelling work that makes commercial sense. With more than two decades’ experience gained in London and Sydney, Steve has collaborated with many businesses and agencies, for an array of industries. Obsessed with details, he’s passionate about information design and experimental typography. Steve believes good design should make you think as much as it makes you smile.


Min Writer
Studio Manager

Min is our Studio Manager and your first point of contact at Another Colour. Her love of the creative industries and all things beautiful saw her begin her career as a graphic designer, but her strength in project management and communicating with people saw her transition into account and studio management. Min helps clients develop razor-tight briefs and assigns them to the best talent in the studio. She empowers our clients by carefully managing their budgets and ensuring we meet every deadline.


Tia Alisha
Senior Designer

A multi-faceted creative, Tia’s desire to learn and evolve saw her climb the agency ladder to Senior Designer with quick determination. Exploring design, illustration, photography and visual art, she embraces new technology to drive engaging solutions and push creative boundaries. Tia understands the power of imagery and adopts a universe of methods, mediums and colours to fulfil a project’s potential. With a generous serve of imagination and a spoonful of wit — her visuals become a powerful method of delivery for any message.

Tulz Badonszki
Senior Designer

A senior designer, Tulz (pronounced “Choolz”) has a passion for connecting brands with people. Whether it’s physical or digital, his work blends conceptual design with pragmatic thinking. His aesthetic is characterised by the interplay of colour, motion, artful typography and a bold illustrative style. In 2014, Tulz graduated from the highly competitive Award School. During his 10 years’ experience Tulz has worked closely with clients from a broad range of industries — from hospitality to tech start-ups, to established luxury brands.

Luke Darcy
Graphic Designer

A graduate of Visual Communication at UTS, Luke has a keen eye for detail and love of crafting beautiful experiences. Inspired by the way visual storytelling can make a social impact, he is fond of bold colours and playful typography. His second degree, Creative Intelligence & Innovation, fostered his passion for human-centred design and collaborative problem-solving. He is committed to designing responsibly and realising solutions in elegant and immersive ways.
