Event Emporium

Redefining the value of extraordinary events

Today’s corporate events are much more than parties. Clients now expect a clear event strategy, competitive ROI and measurable post-event engagement on social media. Creating a world-class event is both an art and a science.

Before we re-brand, we re-group

Event Emporium offers seamless end-to-end event management — from conceiving the design through to executing the smallest of details, to measuring success. During a series of brand workshops, we discovered the brand’s personality and defined points of difference, which were to be communicated by the re-brand. Our brief was to develop a memorable visual identity that would stand out in a cut-throat industry, yet be flexible enough to carry imagery from a broad range of event types.

Where Artistry Meets Alchemy

Events have become less about extravagance and more about exposure and engagement. We wrote an original customer proposition, based on the slogan we coined — Where Artistry Meets Alchemy. The chemistry for a great event is a delicate balance of creative vision and logistic prowess. Getting the mix right comes with experience, finely tuned instincts and a fearlessness to take a few calculated risks to have maximum impact.

All the elements

Inspired by the periodic table and ancient alchemist symbology, we created a visual language. An iconic ‘Ee’ brandmark was joined by symbols for seven elements that make a successful event — Strategy, Design, Location, Sight & Sound, Menu, Digital and Entertainment. Marbled backgrounds representing the careful mix required and event photography juxtaposed in stark black and white.

Furthering the brand story

The narrative we developed provided the foundation for marketing the brand’s reboot. A full marketing suite, corporate website and event planning tools were created and compiled in a style guide. Communication collateral included proposal presentations, spec sheets and stationery. We fully-produced a capability statement brochure and designed the launch campaign assets for email and social media.
